Our Team

Dr. McCune grew up in Auburn Township.  Here he enjoyed life in this country setting fishing, dirt bike riding, climbing trees and gardening with his parents.  He spent much of his time playing football, basketball and baseball.

After having a fantastic grade school experience at St. Joan of Arc School in Chagrin Falls he went on to Walsh Jesuit High School.  Here he learned invaluable life lessons along with being properly prepared academically for his Pre-Med/Pre-Dent program at the University of Toledo.  Dr. McCune received his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Dental Medicine in 1997.

After 3 years of intense clinical and business training in private practice he opened his Brecksville practice in 2001.  Dr. McCune enjoys attending many hours of continuing education to assure he is at the top of the current dental research, technology and procedures.

I have been with McCune Dental since 2001. I absolutely love what I do and enjoy making our patients smile everyday! My husband Jason and I have a beautiful home in Broadview Heights with our husky, Echo. We enjoy taking weekend road trips together and spending time with our family.  

After graduating from Brecksville High School and Cuyahoga Valley Career Center in 2002, I continued to work for Dr. McCune and have been here ever since.  Our team is family! Speaking of family, my parents live in Brecksville about 2 min from our office which is where I grew up along with 3 siblings. I am happily married to my best friend, Jason. 

Dr. McCune’s expertise and passion in dentistry is above and beyond and is a positive life changing experience for our patients. Because of him our team is strong and very well educated to provide patients with the best dental care making sure they’re healthy and smiling with confidence. It’s very rewarding and feels great to be a part of our team everyday!

I am a graduate of the The Ohio State University where I received a Bachelor in Dental Hygiene and a specialization in EFDA (Expanded Functions Dental Auxiliary).

One of the most gratifying parts of Dentistry is helping in the transformation in patients oral and overall health. I spend much of my time educating patients about their oral hygiene, treating tooth sensitivity, gingivitis, and periodontal disease.  It's important to me that patients know how to attain and maintain the highest level or oral health.  We will work together as a team!

Making sure your appointment is a comfortable and educational experience is very important to me.  I assure you I will be gentle!

When not at work I enjoy working out, cooking, eating healthy and spending time with my husband and family.

I am a Tri-C Dental Hygiene graduate and feel lucky to be part of the McCune Dental! Having been a patient at this office I know the dedication, education, and care given to all patients here, and I’m glad to continue this and help everyone on their overall oral health journey! In my spare time my husband, son and I are creating our own little farm on my grandparents land that used to be a sheep farm with 2 dogs, 1 cat, 60 chickens!

I recently joined the team at McCune Dental and I bring over 30 years of experience in the dental field. Having both business and clinical experience I am excited to be part of an amazing group of professionals who work well together with the main focus being our patient's care and well being. I am dedicated to helping our patients with every step of their dental visit including making sure they feel comfortable in our care, scheduling their appointments and processing their insurance claims. I live in Bath with my husband of over 30 years and have 2 grown children. In my spare time I enjoying hiking, kayaking, gardening and spending time with my family.

I’m Rose, a Dental Assistant who recently joined the team here at McCune Dental. From the moment I stepped into the world of dentistry, I knew I had found my calling.  Every day, I look forward to providing exceptional chairside support and ensuring our patients feel comfortable, informed and confident in the care they receive.

Before joining McCune Dental, I completed a rigorous dental assisting program where I mastered infection control protocols, radiology techniques, and patient-record management. My hands-on training alongside seasoned professionals taught me the importance of precision, teamwork, and clear communication.

Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my husband Martin and our energetic dog Hank. I have several hobbies I enjoy, such as, competing in foot races, gardening, and vegan cooking.

I became a part of the McCune Dental team just recently and it has been a wonderful experience for me! I have a great deal of care and compassion for people and want to make sure that every patient feels welcome and comfortable from the moment they walk through the door.
